Advanced Power Quality Diagnostics

TIPS is equipped with a Class A Three-Phase Power Quality Analyzer — the gold standard for high-resolution electrical audits. This instrument simultaneously captures over 500 power quality parameters with high-speed transient detection up to 20 MHz, enabling our team to identify invisible voltage spikes, harmonic distortions, and power factor anomalies that cause premature motor failure, nuisance PLC resets, and elevated utility demand charges. Every audit concludes with a detailed engineering report with root-cause findings and a prioritised corrective action plan.

Industrial Utility System Design & Engineering

Beyond electrical auditing, TIPS designs and commissions the full suite of industrial process utilities — steam, compressed air, chilled water, cooling tower, and nitrogen systems — using calculation-based engineering. Our utility system designs are documented with hydraulic calculations, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets, ensuring that every system is correctly specified, safely commissioned, and maintainable throughout its operational life.
