4. Undertake engineering studies and risk assessments to ensure safe process operation using Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques
